We changed our name from American Standard Companies to Trane on November 28, 2007, following a successful company separation. The information in the following section includes our former businesses, along with Trane.
ISO Certification
In total, 21 facilities in our company are ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 14,001 certified. ISO certification signifies that these plants have an internationally accredited environmental management system in place to identify environmental aspects of the business and to minimize any impact on the environment. Certification also indicates that the plants have established a certified environmental continuous improvement program.
