Recently I replaced two A/C systems in my home with Trane five-ton heat pumps.I interviewed four prominent HVAC companies in the Coachella Valley.After much due diligence I am very pleased that I chose Champion HVAC to undertake the project.Mike and Steve who are the owners of the company provided a no-nonsense explanation of the work to be undertaken, along with the most competitive pricing.The job was done in three days by the technicians who were punctual,professional and polite.From my wife’s point of view the work was accomplished without making any mess and with minimal disruption.The follow-up duct testing and the final permit sign off was uneventful, as it should be.I have no hesitation in recommending Champion HVAC.They did an excellent job.Best of all, it all works really well.

First, I want to say that I never post reviews, but Mike and his team did such a great job that I I felt it was necessary. Our issue with our AC started a year ago. We initially went with another company and the guy that came out was very knowledgeable and professional, but tried to upsell us every step of the way.Went with Champion and Ramon came out on a Saturday! If you want someone professional, knowledgeable, takes time to answer your questions with out all the upselling, Ramon is your guy! That day we elected to just have the refrigerant refilled, but a year later when our AC gave out we knew Champion was our to go!Mike was professional, helpful, thorough in his explanations and provided several options and estimates. He responded timely and he and his team came out on a Saturday in 120 degree heat to install our new system! When there was an issue with the new AC system that was ordered, he negotiated with the contracting company and advocated on our behalf. Don't go anywhere else!

Champion has been taking care of all our HVAC needs for the past six years, and if we could award them more than five stars for honesty and reliability, and value, we would! They’ve saved the day with immediate response when older equipment needed repair, installed new cost efficient solutions, and treated us like family every step of the way. We consider ourselves lucky to have found them.

Champion HVAC exceeded expectations by responding to request for service within 1 hour of contacting them!!! Ensured AC unit issues were identified and resolved.

Champion HVAC came for our first semi annual check and maintenance today. Tech called to let us know he was on his way. Friendly and knowledgeable. This will be a comfort to know our system will be looked after to avoid downtime when we arrive in the fall. Highly recommend!!

Joey is a very professional & knowledgeable HVAC technician. He is well organized and his communication skills are outstanding.After accessing what work needs to be performed, he goes to great length to explain the repair/installation to the customer so all questions are answered and agreed to. Joey then without hesitation proceeds to complete the job to everyone's satisfaction.We have personally told the staff at Champion HVAC that in the future, we only want Joey to perform the work on our HVAC system. He is a very valuable asset to us as a HVAC expert!Terry & Tim
