Ralph was able to get my air conditioner up and running. I was sure I would need a new unit because of the age of the unit, but he fixed it and didn't even suggest a new ac unit, until he checked it out. Cannot say enough about this business...more specifically the people that run it and the people they employ. They show up when they say they will, they do what they say, and the prices they charge are reasonable for the work provided. It is also nice to still have a family owned business that stands behind their work. If honesty, integrity, and respect are important to you and MANY years and generations of experience, this is the place to call!!! My personal, most recent issue was our furnace would not ignite. I called and let them know and they were here within two hours. Josh had the problem diagnosed in minutes and fixed under an hour. It was a new control board which he had on hand. He also walked me through how to make my nest thermostat stop calling for the blower and letting the furnace call for the blower. The house is so much more comfortable!!! This is who you want to call!!!
