Great family run company. I can't say enough wonderful things about them. From when Annie first scheduled it to the guys who do the actual installation. They were professional, clean, on time and very respectful of my house.

Thank you Annie you are great! And thank you Josh and Kevin for figuring out my furnace. I can sleep in my bed tonight with no worries. I know who I could call. Thank you R& B heating and cooling.

Friendly interactions with the staff and techs, but the tech I got was not super knowledgeable. Couldn’t diagnose my leaking AC and told me to wait on a follow up for a replacement part. Still no follow up after 3 weeks despite calling the office to prompt an update from the tech. My AC is still leaking water and I decided to call another company who ended up diagnosing the problem correctly. I still got charged $300 for the tech to tell me he has no clue what the issue is.

Great company. Very responsive. Been a customer for over 2 years now and the techs have always been friendly and knowledgeable. R&B installed a new unit recently. Dave, Nick, and Chris were great representatives of the company. Dave and Nick made sure everything looked good and cleaned up everything once they were done. I recommend R & B for anyone in the area.

Finally....... I found my 'go to' Furnace company to service our Furnace boiler unit.Frank did a thorough job. Left the utility room Neat and clean too!Thanks Frank!

Are you Googling for an HVAC company on the CT Shoreline? If so, stop. Stop right now. You found it. Seriously. Stop. You can see the phone number, right? Call it.R&B is quick, efficient, friendly, professional and doesn't gouge their customers. HVAC repair and service is always going to be pricey, but quality work at a reasonable price is all anyone is really looking for. They responded...wait for it...THE NEXT DAY... this summer when our AC went out and had us back up and running in under an hour with parts on hand and a knowledgeable professional doing the repair. We just scheduled heater maintenance with them in preparation for winter because R&B is the ONLY HVAC company we'll use from now on!

Great 1st experience. Tech advised me of the potential problems and probable solutions before getting my system running again. They're super busy, I reckon because they're doing a great job as a company. Annie is super helpful and runs a tight ship. I will be recommending them to all my contacts.**After several visits, they replaced the coil which had a pinhole leak. They accommodated my request to top off until parts were sourced. Efficient, courteous and professional. Didn't gouge in the HEAT of summer. Thanks, all.
