I’m very pleased with the service I received from SS&B. From making an appointment to the the end of the visit - it was easy, seamless and very professional. Priscilla in customer support was great. Furnace wasn't working so we called SS&B. They were here in about an hour. The technician, Alex, was knowledgeable, gave us the information related to why it didn't work, and then an exact cost to fix the problem. SS&B installed our HVAC system 7 years ago. We had several quotes but they were the only one that told us they knew what they were doing.
