The smart and green home exhibit, features innovative, energy-saving and intelligent products that homeowners can purchase today, including the latest in comfort and efficiency from Trane, manufacturer of the most reliable heating and air conditioning systems on the market.
The VISION House displays Ingersoll Rand’s smart home technology, Nexia™ Home Intelligence, with Trane ComfortLink™ II Control the most advanced home comfort device on the market. It provides an unprecedented level of heating and air conditioning, as well as energy savings. Learn how they can adjust the comfort of their home from any web-enabled computer and most smartphones. Nexia™ Home Intelligence is the latest example of whole-home solutions powered by Ingersoll Rand innovations.
The VISION House at INNOVENTIONS features the Monteverde Family — parents Hugo and Nadine, 11-year old Samantha, toddler Roberto, their grandmother Anita and Rounder the puppy — as they live and work in their innovative home. INNOVENTIONS cast members will lead guests through a guided tour of VISION House. Take a look at ComfortLink’s exclusive 7-inch, high-definition, color touch screen and learn how it serves as an easy-to-use central planning center. Its integrated zoning system allows homeowners to independently control the temperature in various areas of their home. The intuitive user interface allows users to see different room temperatures from one control and its simple programming features, service reminders, and system runtime monitor were developed to provide the perfect experience in the Monteverde home.
