Trane to Open New Company Owned Dealer Sales Office and Warehouses in South Texas

SAN ANTONIO, Texas, July 18, 2016 – Trane, a leading global provider of indoor comfort solutions and services and brand of Ingersoll Rand, (NYSE:IR), is taking a new approach to serving the south Texas market.
The brand will establish new company owned dealer sales office and warehouse locations in San Antonio, Austin, and McAllen that will serve the region’s Trane residential dealers directly. It will offer residential and light commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions and services, including Trane, Ameristar, and Nexia products.
“With the opening of these new company owned locations, Trane is able to better serve our dealers with local expertise and availability of equipment and parts with same day pick-up or next day shipping options,” said Mark Wagner, vice president of sales, for Trane residential HVAC. “This in turn, allows our dealers to better serve homeowners and residential builders in south Texas with new heating and cooling equipment, service, and parts for regular maintenance.”
The new South Texas dealer sales office is one of 14 company owned distribution locations for Trane covering 16 states.
