Trane has announced the planned shutdown of production operations at its Araucária plant in Curitiba, Brazil, effective August 2023. We are supporting all impacted employees with transition packages and resources. 

Although the Araucária production facility is closing, Trane will continue to serve Brazil and invest in growth in the market. We expect minimal disruption for customers. Trane will maintain its commercial sales, service and aftermarket operations in Brazil. We believe Trane Brazil customers will benefit from the scale of production of other Trane plants, as well as the industry-leading sustainable HVAC solutions available through our global portfolio.
