Learn how Symbio 700 can simplify your job by attending our free training event. In this two-part course, you’ll learn how to successfully implement and troubleshoot Trane Precedent® Rooftop Units and Odyssey™ Split Systems that utilize Symbio 700 controls.

Key learning objectives:

  • Initiate startup and commission of the using the Symbio Mobile App. This includes features like back up & restore, NEW controller licenses, unit settings, and service test mode
  • Interpret electrical wiring schematics for Symbio 700 controls
  • Identify system components that make up the Symbio 700 control platform
  • Live Q & A with our technical training team

Instructor

Jason Hamm, Technical Trainer

Jason is an instructor for the Technical Service Training team and brings over twenty years of experience to Trane University. He began his career as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician working for mechanical contractors in the Greater Nashville area and spent 10 years in the field working with unitary packaged equipment, applied and ductless systems. Jason joined Trane in 2010 as a Technical Support Engineer. He spent 8 years in that role providing factory technical support for light/large unitary equipment and VRF ductless systems.  Jason spent 3 years leading customer visits at the Trane Clarksville Manufacturing Plant and provided pre-sale support for light commercial and WSHP’s.

In his spare time Jason enjoys playing music, going to ballgames, and spending time with his family. He plays guitar in his local church and helps coach his daughter’s softball team.

In 2015, Jason graduated from Austin Peay State University with a B.S in Professional Studies.
