Trevor Joelson – Enterprise Energy Services Account Executive, Trane

Trevor Joelson is an Account Executive for Trane’s energy and decarbonization program for multi-site, private sector customers. Through this program, Trevor collaborates with large enterprises to define their environmental sustainability objectives and establish initiatives to reduce operational emissions through financially attractive and measurable projects.

Trevor joined Trane through an acquisition of Fellon-McCord in 2016 and has held various roles in corporate energy & sustainability management over the last decade. His subject matter expertise is in the energy markets and how the supply-side of energy connects to the built environment.

Trevor lives with his family in Dallas, TX and is a graduate of the University of Louisville. .

Christina Sivulka – Global Sustainability Manager, EnerSys

Christina Sivulka is a Global Sustainability Manager at EnerSys. At EnerSys, a leading industrial and battery manufacturing company, Christina spearheads efforts to enhance energy efficiency and environmental responsibility – including the execution of the company’s environmental data collection, sustainability reports, communications and more. Prior to her role at EnerSys, Christina completed her masters in Environmental Policy in at George Washington University while working as a Project Manager at Environmental Defense Fund where she worked on research and policy implementation for air quality improvements and ecosystem restoration.

Sam Shiroff – Senior Director of Global Sustainability, EnerSys

Sam Shiroff the Senior Director of Global Sustainability for EnerSys, the industrial technology leader serving the global community with mission-critical stored energy solutions that meet the growing need for energy efficiency, reliability and sustainability.

In prior roles, Sam has been part of the globally renowned Carol Cone on Purpose team supporting sustainability efforts at Fortune 500 companies across an array of sectors. Sam has established ESG/Sustainability departments and built employee and community engagement programs for technology companies, financial institutions, manufacturers, retailers and nonprofit organizations around the world. He built the CSR department at Signet Jewelers, the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewelry, enabling the company to dramatically improve its ESG rankings, publish its first CSR report, scale its award-winning responsible sourcing efforts and be recognized as a member of the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index.

Sam was also a leading member of Edelman’s Business + Social Purpose Practice. He has a combined 20+ years of international corporate ESG, sustainability, community relations and communication experience with a deep knowledge of carbon finance, energy efficiency and the non-profit world. Sam has an MBA, a BA from Boston College and Was a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Frankfurt in Germany. He has CSV accreditation from Harvard Business School, is a LEED GA, is GRI accredited and speaks fluent German.
