As the Indoor Air Quality Portfolio Leader for Trane, Jeff leads the development and execution of Trane’s product growth strategy, investment priorities and strategic practices for developing and launching best in class IAQ offerings to address our customers’ indoor environment challenges now and beyond the pandemic. Jeff has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of South Florida and an MBA from Xavier University’s Williams College of Business.
Scott Huffmaster

As the Healthy Spaces Sales Leader at Trane, Scott Huffmaster is responsible for leading Trane’s indoor environmental quality (IEQ) efforts for the United States and Canada. This includes Trane’s Wellsphere™ initiative, a holistic approach to building wellness that cultivates healthier indoor spaces by enhancing air quality, lighting, and acoustics. Scott helps customers achieve customized, healthy spaces while aligning with Trane’s strategic mission and objectives. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas.
Ron Cosby
Thermal Systems and Technology Leader
Trane Commercial North America
As the Thermal Systems and Technology Leader at Trane, Ron Cosby is responsible for overseeing the company’s technological developments for Commercial HVAC products and services. In his current position, he helps to apply his expertise in indoor air quality to assess commercial air systems components and offerings to ensure proper humidity levels, enhanced ventilation, and air cleaning for customers. He earned his bachelor’s degree in aeronautical and astronautical engineering from Purdue University and went on to earn his master’s in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.
