SWORDS – Ireland, September 3, 2024 – Global climate innovator Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT) has acquired the assets of Chesapeake, Virginia-based Damuth Services, Inc., doing business as Damuth Trane and Trane HVAC Parts & Supplies, a leading regional distributor and service provider of HVAC systems from Trane®, along with energy and building performance services.

With this acquisition, approximately 240 Damuth Trane associates joined Trane Technologies, effective September 3, 2024. The business continues to operate from Damuth’s existing sales, service, and parts locations and will continue to serve Coastal Virginia, Northeastern North Carolina, and Bermuda.
