Series R helical rotary chillers help customers meet sustainability goals with low-GWP refrigerants, including R-513A for cooling and R-515B for heating, offering a 55% reduction in GWP compared to R-134a. Series R helical rotary chillers offer high reliability and enhanced energy efficiency due to their direct-drive compressor design that uses fewer moving parts than gear compressors.
Compact size for easier installation
Chiller replacement can be faster, cheaper and less disruptive due to the Series R chiller’s compact size, which fits into most existing mechanical rooms without requiring additional floor space or wall tear-outs. Units can pass through a standard double door opening, and both single- and dual-point power connections can take advantage of existing wiring.
