Systems Tools Product Manager, Customer Direct Service (C.D.S.), Trane Commercial
Haley Goslinga joined Trane in 2012 and is currently the Systems Tools Product Manager for C.D.S. Tools. Within this role, Haley and her team are focused on new development and customer outreach for C.D.S. Tools, including TRACE 3D Plus. Haley is also responsible for marketing design and analysis tools and is involved in strategic planning for these products. Haley’s first role at Trane was a Building Performance Systems Engineer for C.D.S. Tools, where she worked with TRACE 700, as well as the tool’s growth through the development of, and transition to, TRACE 3D Plus.

Rafael Dutra
Building Performance and Systems Engineer, Trane Commercial
Rafael Dutra joined Trane in 2010 and is currently a Building Performance and Systems Engineer for C.D.S. Tools Within this role, he provides training and customer outreach for C.D.S. Tools such as TRACE 3D Plus. Rafael is also the Product Owner supporting the development of C.D.S. Tools software. During his 15 years with Trane, he has held roles in sales as an account manager and application engineer. He’s a Building Energy Modeling Professional certified by ASHRAE® and a WELL Accredited Professional.
